Yeah, so I pretty much stink at keeping this up, so sorry all you blog checkers. This one's a once a month-er at best. Where has the month gone? I think I missed June. Wow, so I came home from the hospital with Beckett yesterday and today he's over 5 months old and tomorrow we're going to his high school graduation I guess.
I have 2 kids. I know YOU already know, I'm just still telling myself. One of these days it'll register.
Well, let's start with daddy since he never gets any air time. Daddy has been a busy guy working hard at work and at all the zerberts, front yard races with Finley, horsey rides through the living room and braves watching with his newest baseball buddy (whether he likes it or not.)
Finley is also going on 20 now with her long pony tail and painted toes. She's a wonderful big sister, very loving and gentle and makes her "big sister" laugh and laugh. (Yes, big sister. whatever.) She's added some more frequently used vocab these days like "no" "mine" "no-mine" and "no!"None of which have had the reaction she had hoped for I think. It's all offset, though, with the most amazing scripture memory. She now knows 6 verses now and adds a new one every other week. She has a drawer full of books memorized and now "reads" ME the bedtime story. Doesn't seem right. Makes mama and daddy so proud. She's been a little fish all summer and keeps her belly full of mac and cheese and fruit snacks.
Beckett has been doing all kinds of growing up. He found his feet this month, has been bouncing away in his jump-up and has been taste testing some apples, pears, and squash. They all got 2 thumbs up. 3 for 3 mom!
Mama has successfully kept her head on straight for another month with mommying, housekeeping and Magazine running. -Check out the link --> Dad's original idea and brought to Augusta in the last 6 months. Everyone wondering if I had fallen off the face of the earth can see where all the time goes.
Hope everyone's summer has been great!
