Growing Up

Does time fly by as fast for everyone else as it does for me? I don't think you realize quite how fast it's flying until you watch your children grow. I KEEP a lump in my throat watching them play and get big before my eyes. Today Finley walked in the kitchen while I was making her lunch and said "mama I'n dittin marry" mama-""you are" Fin-"no, I already did." I guess all that happened while I was feeding Beckett 10 minutes before, but my natural instinct wanted to say "excuse me? no ma'am you most certainly are not. You're going to stay right here with me and play play-doh and blow bubbles and don't let me hear you say that again." but then I remembered she's 2 and just saw that on her Cinderella movie. Oh if they could just stay little.

Yeah, Fin IS THE REAL Cinderella. Nana took her to buy "glass slippers" and they fit, so... She is very in to being a princess and in her spare time she makes lots of play-doh snacks for me to eat all day.
Beckett has been spending the majority of his time growing teeth, but on the side he has learned to crawl...fast! and is eating like a baby elephant and is aging faster than I approve of. He is as sweet as sugar and such a happy giggly boy.

Now on to the good stuff.

Now I can tell Craig that I'm not crazy and I'm not the only one going around with a lump in my throat watching the babies grow up! They do change so fast. Reid & Louisa are jealous of all of Beckett's teeth!
